Well located hotel if you have someone or an event that is happening in the area. Shops are very close by (i.e. Walmart, dollar tree, old navy, Barnes and noble etc.) Easy access with bags to the hotel, there are concierge trolleys at the entrance that one can use for their luggage.

It has been the best hotel experience during our 2 weeks travel discovering the grand South-West America states. The room style is just as our taste, comfortable bed, high quality and abundant breakfast, wonderful personnels and waiters who served us at table. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the jacuzzi as well. We would certainly stay here again if come back visiting the Phoenix!

Most Hiltons bathroom door is on a forced closed hinge - this one I can leave open to let the steam from shower dissipate. The location is super quiet and clean. Hilton staff is generally friendly which makes me believe Hilton treats their employees well .

Everything was great. The staff was some of the best I have ever met. Omar was very accommodating during check-in. The woman serving breakfast was very friendly, welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our breakfast was great. The food was excellent. Great job by the cook. We will definitely recommend this hotel. We will be visiting again.

did not eat breakfast (GF vegan) though they had pastries and fruit. My husband thought it was okay and enjoyed the choices. We appreciated the amenities (fitness room, though treads were out of service; laundry).

Liked the cleanliness, comfortability, and kind staff. Check-in was a breeze. Breakfast was great! John and the breakfast staff were very attentive and helpful. We will be staying here again for sure.

Love the location the staff especially corin manager she was very welcoming and fantastic !!! The beds hella comfy the pool and spa A+ The shower was huge space for two!! The bar was my favorite the drinks on point shout out to the bartenders! The chef great tacos! Overall 5 star rating a great stay
